Live In Care

Many people with long term conditions prefer to stay in their own home as much as possible rather than move into residential or nursing care. Live in Care Packages provides:

• Full time carer (24 hours)
• Assisting with the morning routine
• Bathing and washing
• Dressing and appearance
• Shaving, hair care and nail care
• Prompting medication
• Shopping
• Preparing and cooking meals
• Cleaning and tidying the home
• Laundry and ironing
• Supporting with household bills and other necessities
• Accompanying and helping organise days out, meeting friends and family,
  hospital and medical appointments and Day Centres.
• Settling in for the evening and throughout the night.
