We aim to provide the highest levels of service and exceed any recommendations laid down by the Care Quality Commission.

Fees are chargeable for services rendered in accordance with our current Price List.  Prices may be reviewed from time to time for which you will receive 7 days’ notice.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any part of our service then, so long as you advise us within 24 hours, you will not be charged for that part.

In order to allow us to plan our work schedules, 72 hours’ notice is required of any changes you may wish to make to your service.

Considerable investment is made in training and developing staff who are therefore prohibited from accepting any direct offers of employment from clients.  However, should any client employ directly any member of Petals Care staff who is or has been employed in the previous six months, then a fee of £500 will be due from the client.

Fees are payable within seven days of invoice and any outstanding amounts may be subject to an additional interest charge equal to 8% above RBS Base Rate.
